Hogan Assessments appoints Allison Howell as Chief Executive Officer

Howell previously served as the company’s Vice President of Market Innovation. Following the transition, former CEO Wendy Hogan continues to serve as Chairperson of the Board.

Hogan Assessments, global leader in personality assessment and leadership development, announced the appointment of Allison Howell as its new Chief Executive Officer. Howell previously served as the company’s Vice President of Market Innovation. Following the transition, former CEO Wendy Hogan continues to serve as Chairperson of the Board.

With a distinguished career spanning more than a decade at Hogan, Allison brings extensive expertise in marketing, branding, product development, and global strategy. Her proven track record and alignment with Hogan’s core leadership tenets—integrity, competence, judgment, and vision—position her to lead the organization into its next era of growth and innovation.

Allison joined Hogan in 2014 and has since worked across diverse roles including Market Researcher, Global Brand Strategist and Senior Director of Marketing. Most recently, in 2022, she became Vice President of Market Innovation, leading Product Development and driving the creation of Hogan Talent (HT), the company’s new technology platform. Her leadership has been central to the successful transition of clients to HT and to advancing Hogan’s reputation for innovation and client-centered solutions.
