Recruitment Training is an international recruitment training specialist which provides HR/recruitment consultants with dedicated tools to improve every aspect of their business.

The extensive Elite Manager Excellence Programme, which ten Gap Personnel managers are currently attending (with more planned in the future), provides senior strategic coaching to help achieve the very best in all aspects of the recruitment business; including branding, leadership, sales, management, staff retention & development. Gap Personnel managers will implement in-depth analyses of the business and their specific challenges, under the guidance of Recruitment Training who will provide regular support and a full range of training techniques that will help the managers implement their own business winning style and strategies.
