Mouchel announces the opening of applications for its nationwide apprentice scheme
School leavers now have the opportunity to support the services that keep society going, as consulting and business service group Mouchel announces positions across the UK on its 18-month Apprentice Academy Programme, starting in October 2008.
The Apprentice Academy Programme is designed for school leavers who either have Advanced GNVQs, BTecs, A-levels or AS Levels or equivalent in one of the following subjects: Maths, Sciences, Technical-related or Economics. A minimum of 200 UCAS points or equivalent is required.
Places are open to those with both engineering and non-engineering backgrounds. Successful applicants will receive on-the-job training and gain real-life experience on a range of projects in one of the many sectors Mouchel operates in; keeping roads and railways running, creating civic infrastructure solutions and helping provide clean water and cost-effective energy.
Forty apprentices will join the Mouchelís 11,000 staff across 123 offices, working with clients including Network Rail, Thames Water, the Highways Agency and numerous local Councils.
