Jobsincredit.com, the credit industryís only specialist recruitment website, celebrated its third birthday by announcing plans to introduce several new services.
The website, which has advertised over 90,000 vacancies to date, is to enter into an exciting association with the Institute of Credit Management (ICM) to offer candidates a range of added value services. The site is also to introduce information services which will enable job hunters to improve their interview performance.
Speaking on jobsincredit.comís birthday (1st November), Director Brett Marlow said that the company was at advanced stages of negotiations with the ICM and expected to launch the new initiatives in the new year.
ìWeíve been talking to the ICM for some time now, following an idea I had which will provide a range of services and products to the benefit of jobsincredit.comís registered candidates and also help the ICM to reach a wider audienceî says Brett. ìWorking together in this way will benefit everyone involved, from the ICM who will be able to promote themselves to our 25,000 registered users; the candidates who will receive a number of exclusive services; and jobsincredit.com which will be able to access the expertise of ICM.î
Commenting on the partnership, Director General of the ICM, Philip King, explained: ìJobsincredit.com has quickly become a leading online resource for both employers and credit professionals looking for their next challenge. Weíre very keen to raise the profile of the Institute and to attract new members. Working with jobsincredit.com on this joint initiative will allow us to promote the benefits of membership to a very large audience. Itís an exciting development and weíre looking forward to the new year when more details will be available.î
jobsincredit.com also chose its third birthday to announce plans to launch its own brand of credit reports.
ìOne of the main areas of frustration for our clients is that candidates donít do enough home work on their prospective employers,î says Brett. ìOn the other hand, interviewees say they find accessing detailed information about potential employers time consuming and costly. As the credit industryís leading recruitment site, we can see that competitively priced credit reports offered online could be of benefit to both sides. Like the ICM initiative, we plan to introduce jobsincredit.com branded credit reports in the new year.î
As well as announcing plans to work more closely with the ICM and introduce added value services for interviewees, jobsincredit.com also unveiled a new look. The site has been refreshed and improved in terms of its design, making it even more clear and engaging for users.
Launched on 1st November 2004 jobsincredit.com has grown rapidly, having advertised over 90,000 vacancies in the last three years. The site currently has 25,000 registered candidates ñ double the amount of people in November 2006 ñ who generated over 28,000 applications in the last twelve months.
