Companies are increasingly asking how on-demand software ó also known as ësoftware as a serviceí ó can enable them to forego the complexity of systems management and focus on core activities.î

Tod Loufbourrow said: ìThe global war for talent is bringing a growing focus on how software innovations can help organisations to find, maximise and retain precious human capital. Against this background, HR leaders want to understand more about strategic talent management solutions, the fastest-growing segment of a $3 billion market. With this event, we aim to help them to find some answers.î
