The new service has been launched in order to preserve and improve the quality of executive jobs within the site.
The feature is designed to filter out jobs which are not suitable for the site and although there has been a slight reduction of displayed jobs, the quality of the appointments now advertised reflects the executive nature of the site, to the benefit of both the executive recruiter and the candidates searching for senior management appointments. If a recruiter posts a job which is not suitable they will receive notification informing them that the role they wish to advertise is not relevant to the site and for our audience of executive applicants.
Operations Director, Justin Finch said Generally online job boards have in recent years focussed their marketing on the volume of jobs and responses. Whilst initially this may seem attractive to candidates and advertisers, it ultimately fails to satisfy both users because they are only interested in quality relevant communication.
In 2006 we set a benchmark by introducing our candidate feedback facility which has been well received by both recruiters and candidates. We see this new service as a continuance of our strategy of improving the quality of the site, with the overall aim of allowing our registered candidates and recruiters to communicate more effectively.
