In a bid to offer companies quality, consistency and results when building internal and external coaching capabilities, Penna Leadership Development has established a Managed Coaching division headed by newly appointed Ruth McNaughton.
Penna has created this new service to offer companies a more cohesive programme of executive coaching. McNaughton and her team will work with external and internal coaches to ensure quality standards in executive coaching and to encourage joined-up thinking across the business.
As Head of Managed Coaching Services McNaughton will report into Jonathan Perks, Managing Director of Leadership Development at Penna, and will coordinate the design and implementation of Managed Coaching within the Leadership Development service. She will be working closely with Sally Baxter, Head of Executive Coaching for Penna, who was instrumental in developing the proposition for managed coaching having seen a need for greater transparency and better ways to create organisational value and ROI.
McNaughton has been with Penna since 2002 and moves from being a regional manager to this new role. During her time at Penna she has been responsible for building relationships with organisations, offering support across a range of people issues including career transition, leadership development, recruitment and HR consulting.
Jonathan Perks, Managing Director of Leadership Development at Penna, said: ìOur Managed Coaching offering is designed to fill a gap in the market - it allows companies to roll-out strategic and consistent executive coaching across the business whilst giving unprecedented control and measurement of its effectiveness.î
