The depth and quality of employee data held by employers is the stuff of every marketeerís dream. The launch of thomsons online benefits new Campaign Manager facility, allows its clients to exploit this by sending targeted, branded and personalised HTML emails created using their ìPerquisiteôî technology. This new tool will be offered to existing clients as a free upgrade.

Campaign Manager is the latest tool designed to support thomsons ìIntelligent Rewardî methodology which enables clients to deliver a reward strategy that meets both their corporate and HR objectives.

thomsons online benefits will be demonstrating this new facility at the HR Solutions and Employee Benefits Conference at GMEX on 1 May - 2 May 2007.

Campaign Manager allows personalised emails to be composed containing any of the valuable data held on Perquisiteô in any format or graphical brand. Once composed, the emails can be run either on an ad hoc basis or scheduled to run automatically weekly or monthly, just like the Perquisite reporting module. thomsons clients can choose to either use this tool themselves, or can take advantage of thomsons in-house creative team to assist in copywriting and branding their campaigns.

Campaign Manager is one of the tools offered by thomsons online benefits which enables clients to run intelligent marketing campaigns once their scheme is launched, so that they maintain both visibility and excitement.

Good examples of campaigns often requested by clients include targeted messages to:

ï Parents to promote childcare vouchers;
ï Employees who are entitled to but havenít selected a certain benefit.
