A new franchise opportunity has opened in training and business consultancy, with openings around the UK.
KJ Associates offers a range of courses and programmes for businesses covering Business, Management and Personal development topics. Courses are run either at the clientís own premises or at a venue of their choice.
The management courses and programmes train managers and supervisors within companies to help them transform the effectiveness of their business or organisation. The result is productivity improvement; better team performance; motivated staff; and better communication.
Business courses help directors and senior management enhance their own performance.
And personal courses help individuals within an organisation to work more cohesively within teams, become more assertive; develop the personal skills required for their job and use their time more effectively.
Director Katie Jones said: ìWe have continued to grow since formation in 1994 and aim now to expand nationwide through a network of franchises operated by experienced trainers and presenters. Each franchisee will run and own their business trading under the name KJ Associates, and will be responsible for marketing their business to new clients, account managing existing clients, and delivering the core KJ Associatesí training courses.
ìEach franchisee will operate within an exclusive protected territory to ensure that franchisees have the best opportunity to maximise the return for their hard work.î
Potential franchisees should have previous experience in training or presenting and the most suitable applicants will also have experience within a corporate business and in sales and marketing business development.
The total cost of a KJ Associates franchise is 13,495 VAT and consists of a licence fee (7,995), set-up costs (circa 2,500) and working capital of 3,000.
Franchise marketing expert Clive Sawyer said: Katie Jones has displayed the same high level of professionalism with the development of the KJ Associates franchise as she does when training corporate clients. Franchisees are given comprehensive training in how to deliver the range of KJ Associates training courses and ongoing support and guidance. I view the KJ Associates franchise as fine example of how franchising should be done ñ a true partnership between franchisee and franchisor.î
