The Employer Services segment of First Advantage Corporation today announced that it is the first to introduce a suite of pre-employment skills assessments that measure key user competencies with Microsoft Office 2007 applications, including Word 2007, Excel 2007, PowerPoint 2007 and Access 2007 applications.
The companyís Microsoft Office 2007 testing package contains 140 interactive test questions covering all major features of Word 2007, Excel 2007, PowerPoint 2007 and Access 2007. The new testing package allows corporations and staffing firms to accurately assess user abilities with the most essential features of Microsoft Office 2007, which is expected to become a standard in corporate applications.
Jon Haber, senior vice president of First Advantageís Assessment Solutions, noted: ìWe make it a priority to deliver skills assessments that meet the ever changing demands of business. Keeping current with Microsoft Office releases is an important component of our strategy.î
In addition to providing Microsoft Office 2007 tests, First Advantage also provides skills assessments for Microsoft 2003, Microsoft XP and Microsoft 2000 applications.
As with all Microsoft Office assessments, this new release will give users the ability to create custom tests to meet their exact hiring or training requirements.
