New Berkeley Scott e-recruitment system slashes recruitment and administration costs

The Berkeley Scott Group Plc, the UKís hospitality and leisure resourcing specialist, has unveiled Sourcerer, the first web-based e-recruitment system specifically designed for the hospitality, leisure and service industries.

Simple to use and involving no capital outlay, Sourcerer dramatically improves business performance by allowing recruiters to create their own talent pools of pre-screened candidates, vastly reducing reliance on expensive third party recruitment agencies. Sourcerer also massively reduces the volume of administration associated with recruitment by automating the entire process, estimated at 75% reduction in the time spent on recruitment and its consequent manpower cost saving.

Other Sourcerer features include management reporting to carefully measure recruitment return on investment, automatic job posting to over 500 job boards and a client-branded ìcareer siteî to allow candidates to search for jobs. Candidates can also request to be emailed with details of roles that arise that fit their specified criteria.
