The Creative Portal brings Global franchise opportunities to recruiters

An exciting opportunity to become part of a fresh new way of recruiting has been launched by Jon Alport, Chairman, of The Creative Portal

An exciting opportunity to become part of a fresh new way of recruiting has been launched by Jon Alport, Chairman, of The Creative Portal. A limited number of recruitment professionals are being invited to take a licence and become portal partners of this dynamic, web-based, recruitment operating system, which is launching to the worldwide design industry. This will provide exclusivity, enabling partners to acquire a tangible competitive advantage.

Unlike many franchise situations there is no capital investment required. A monthly licence fee is payable, which enables affordability for a breadth of recruiters from individual professionals to the major industry players. Once a candidate is placed, The Creative Portal takes 10% of the final candidate placement fee.

Two years in development, the system offers real time interaction between candidates, agencies and partner recruiters across the globe. Fees charged to clients are similar to those charged by traditional recruitment agencies of between 17% and 20%.

Jon Alport, comments, ìIn a six month trial of this unique recruitment operating system, the response has been excellent. By challenging traditional recruitment methods The Creative Portal marries cutting-edge technology with a very hands-on, interactive style of engagement that both candidates and client companies find essential.î

Candidates are being attracted to the site with a unique opportunity to showcase their work in a creative and exciting way. They register themselves onto The Creative Portal by providing a succinct and specific combination of information creating a bespoke candidate ëprofileí. Candidates are still met, screened and mentored before they ëgo liveí on the operating system, ensuring a consistent quality and selection of the best talent available.

Potential employers can view at a glance the candidateís full portfolio, five pieces of their best work with commentary, resume; references; and answers to three specific industry related questions. Guidance is given at every stage of the process so that agencies are presented with an ëexecutive snapshotí that instantly ëspeaks to themí.

ëProfilesí are then exposed and matched to the on-going design briefs entered by clients worldwide, each of whom have dedicated, secure folders on system. These folders are regularly furnished with job-specific candidates, or by those considered to be uniquely on-brandí. Agencies are able to bank talent for both freelance and permanent roles. Freelancers are also given the capability to schedule their future availability within a transparent calendar to assist in agency planning.
