iD-survey plug-in gives iD-points reward system unique ability to carry out research of employees and partners

London - IncentiveDirect Ltd, provider of innovative online reward and motivation systems, has announced the launch of a new plug-in module for its iD-points reward system - iD-survey.

iD-survey is an additional component of the unique iD-points reward system which allows companies not only to reward their employees and partners for performance, but also for giving constructive feedback, evaluation, and market research.

Where iD-points opens a channel of communication between companies, employees, dealer networks and partners, the iD-survey module offers companies the opportunity to engage the end-user in a continuous, structured process and to gain further rewards. iD-survey operates as a web-based questionnaire, with questions attached to an iD-points incentive campaign, and awards the end-user with iD-points for completing the entire survey. iD-points can then be exchanged for products in the websiteís online store.

Surveys can be constructed using multiple choice selections, text fields and rating scales. The survey creator chooses how many iD-point he or she wants to assign to the iD-survey. Images can also be added to questions if desired. After successful completion, a branded e-mail will be sent to the respondent, confirming their completion.

iD-survey results can be exported to any number of Microsoft Office applications for reporting purposes, and results can be represented graphically in real-time. Once an end-user has completed an iD-survey, the iD-points are automatically and instantly credited to their online account. iD-survey also comes complete with the usual iD-points branding and customisation capabilities.
