Inability of line managers to deal with employment issues is the biggest threat facing HR as a business function according to more than seven in ten HR professionals who took part in an online poll by Croner, the UK’s biggest employment information and advice provider.
The poll highlights the very real issue faced by HR professionals of the difficult balance to become more strategic whilst ensuring that line managers deal with employment issues correctly.
