Key elements of the upgrade include rate enhancements, support for international customers and alternative methods for managing contingent labour spend, including project-based and niche market requirements.

Version 4.3.1ís rate enhancements provide increased flexibility, including the ability to pay contractors by contract milestones or units completed (such as meters read or packages delivered). Peopleclickís 80 clients can now also schedule multiple rates for a single engagement, adapt rate management rules by position and track unique payment categories and timesheet standards.
