Aurora, HR.com, the research and Web destination for HR Executives, today launched the first of three phases of its new site design. No longer a weekly magazine, the new format has changed to a daily, up-to-the-minute information hub so members can stay on top of the most current and relevant HR-related issues. These steps are an integral part of building a long-term vision of establishing a personalized peer-to-peer network, a collaborative work environment that promotes the sharing of best practices, in-depth research, case studies, industry benchmark data and simplified HR procurement.
The first phase will introduce our over 135,000 members to our new look which also includes an updated listing of areas of interest, better search, easier navigation system, individual article postings and our new paid subscription model, says Debbie McGrath, HR.comís CEO. In addition, HR professionals and partners will be encouraged to contribute case studies, articles, best practices and much more content to the site, and be recognized for their thought leadership.
HR.com has also invested in some partnerships with a number of leading research experts and technology partners who will add valuable contribution to the business model: Josh Bersin and Chris Howard of Bersin & Associates for Elearning Research, IE-Engine for total HR procurement, Rockethireís Charles Handler for Assessment and Selection Research, and Business Book Reviews for current business book summaries, just to name a few.
Free membership will still be available but once a member logs in, upgraded membership options will be available, and will include several of these updated new features. Individual annual subscriptions are $199; corporate and student memberships are also available.
