TempWorks Software, a provider of integrated staffing software, has been chosen by CHASE Staffing Services to integrate its enterprise solutions across its 50 branches.
CHASE wanted to replace its legacy software system in order to be able to handle its aggressive expansion plans, whilst maintaining customer/ client care. With plans to open 35 new offices in the next three years Roy Abernethy, owner of CHASE needed the chosen software to be easily scalable to cope with rapid growth.
ìWe were seeking a company to partner with that could provide us with the software to improve client service as well as staff productivity. We needed a product that could do this immediately, with enough flexibility to adapt to the many changes that will occur over the next 10 years,î said Roy Abernathy, CEO, CHASE Staffing Services.
CHASE had outgrown its key-based VCG Tempware system which it has been using for ten years. The new ëout-of-the-boxí system had to be customizable to deal with the variety of staffing opportunities it has on offer, from short term temporary.
After rigorously evaluating a number of staffing software solutions, including those from eEmpACT, Peoplesoft, AST and VCG, CHASE opted to go with TempWorks on the technologyís customization and functionality capabilities, together with the ongoing back-up support provided by TempWorks. The project has been managed by David Dourgarian, son of TempWorksí CEO, Gregg Dourgarian.
CHASE Staffing Services is implementing TempWorks integrated front-and back-office solution along with the employee and client web portal, WebCenter. With the ability to provide clients with online business critical information together with value added services such as vendor management and time card entry, CHASE believes it is now in a stronger position to take on competition at a national level.
