The best connection group adds managed services division

The Best Connection Group has launched a Managed Services Division (MSD) to assist with the needs of national and regional accounts that have complex, temporary staffing requirements.

THE BEST CONNECTION GROUP ADDS MANAGED SERVICES DIVISION

The MSD delivers tailored solutions that incorporate single point ordering mechanisms, project based recruitment models, on-site managed services and master and primary vendor operations.

Working uniquely as an internal consulting group, the MSD is positioned between the client and The Best Connection with a dedicated strategic account manager providing the interface. In this way, the company is able to maintain a high level of focus, responsiveness and quality when delivering service to multiple clients in high volumes, particularly during peak periods.

Neil Yorke, The Best Connectionís director, said: ìMany large organisations demand a consistent and flexible temporary staffing service regardless of location or time of year. The Managed Services Division will allow us to work closely with the client to gain a greater understanding of their staffing needs which in turn will enable us to plan, recruit and control the quality of service provided.î

An individual account evaluation process involving client consultation and feedback, proposal creation and implementation strategy, forms the basis of the staffing solution. The benefits of the new service include cost reduction through improved control over cost modelling and staff forecasting, improved productivity by reduced staff replacement and retraining, and greater management focus on core activities.

The MSD also aims to deliver streamlined administrative procedures and cost savings through the sharing of automated attendance systems with The Best Connection, implementing models to manage staff overtime patterns and reducing the cost of finance and invoice processing.
