ZenhireTM (www.zenhire.com), developer and provider of ZensuiteTM, an innovative on-demand hiring process automation solution, today announced the appointment of private investor and technologist Robert H. Fritzinger to the position of Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Fritzinger brings more than 17 years of entrepreneurial leadership to Zenhire. As co-founder, Exec VP, and CTO of Voice Technologies Group (VTG), he was instrumental in growing VTG into a leading supplier of PBX connectivity components, and in the sale of VTG to Intel in 2000. Mr. Fritzinger left Intel in 2001 to pursue entrepreneurial interests, and is co-founder of and principal investor in Zenhire and its parent company, HR Integrated Services, Inc. In his role as CEO, Mr. Fritzinger is responsible for strategic technology planning, development and acquisition, and will lead Zenhire through a private-placement of Series A preferred stock. The goal of the Series A offering is to raise up to $1.5 million in private equity. Proceeds will be used as working capital for operations, and to ramp sales and marketing of Zensuite, the Companyís recently announced on-demand, hiring process automation solution.
Zensuite will be launched on November 18, 2004 at Kennedy Informationís Recruiting 2004 Conference and Expo in New York City. The Companyís decision to launch Zensuite at Recruiting 2004 is indicative that Zensuite is aimed as much at recruiters as small and medium-sized enterprises.
