Experts from leading industry companies such as The Grass Roots Group, Ernst and Young, P&MM, Argos, BI, HP Solution Partners Organisation and Brother UK will be among an array of speakers revealing how to drive sales and motivate employees during a comprehensive seminar programme at Incentive World, the UK’s largest promotional marketing, incentive and motivation event taking place from 22-24 February 2005 at Earls Court, London.
Chris Daffy, Founder of The Academy of Service Excellence will present a seminar on Service Excelleration. This will give insight into how to dramatically improve your organisations customer service within the year.
Julian Lyons of Innovative Marketing International will present a case study ’How to source and produce successful covermounts’ and Toby Farrance of The Grass Roots Group will discuss how it is possible to translate values into practical actions, so that they become genuine guiding principles rather than pious hopes.
Graham Phillips, Managing Director of The Marketing Group will run a presentation titled ’Incentives - of course they work.’ Graham Long, Commercial Business Director of HP Solution Partners Organisation and Wendy Jarvis, Client Services Director of BI will present a seminar that will show how HP uses its channel incentive programme to drive brand loyalty and awareness.
Chris Hartley, General Manager of Rewards Argos and Phil Jones, Sales Director of Brother UK will discuss ’How to Boost sales by 140% and lock out your competitors.’ David Lebond of P&MM and Fotorama will present a seminar titled ’Make your budget go further with peace of mind - use fixed fee.’
Sarah Coles-Porter, Event Director says, The comprehensive programme has been specifically designed to meet the needs of both visitors and exhibitors and will ensure they leave the event armed with information that can be practically applied to their specific circumstances.
Each day the programme will feature a keynote presentation and on Tuesday and Wednesday a nuts and bolts session on motivation and promotional marketing respectively followed by inspiring case studies focusing on Attracting Customers, Driving Sales or Rewarding Employees. These will demonstrate the use and value of incentive, motivation and promotional marketing programmes and offer powerful and creative ideas to those who already run such schemes.
