The Recruitmax Global Services team of consultants has more than tripled since the beginning of the year, adding resources with extensive recruiting and recruiting leadership expertise as well as software industry and global implementation experience. New personnel include senior consultants and managers from Big 5 consulting firms as well as human resource executives from thought-leading Fortune 500 organizations. On average, Recruitmax consultants have more than 10 years of relevant experience.
New Recruitmax service offerings include talent management strategy consulting, business process improvement and redesign, workforce measurement and analysis, employee retention consulting, performance management process optimization, competency alignment enhancement and additional services for global deployment, project management, localized training and instructional design. Recruitmax now has over 100 people worldwide focused on consulting, optimization and implementation services.

While this project is slated to take just over one year to complete, some customers have opted for an out-of-the-box rapid deployment, with additional services engaged post-implementation. Four customers in the third quarter alone went live with implementations of less than 30 days, attributed to an extensive and interactive Standard Implementation Methodology, world-class technology and an advanced group of in-house data management professionals.
