After creating a Corporate Community Give-Back program, SaaShr.com’s initial goal was to take part in at least one local opportunity bi-annually that it deemed beneficial to the community. Surpassing this goal, the organization assisted numerous non-profit organizations with endeavors that benefited the community. Through its time and labor management application SaaShr.com is able to efficiently manage time off associated with this program.
SaaShr.com (www.SaaShr.com), a leading provider of Software as a Service (SaaS) with a major push in Workforce Management Solutions, has created a Corporate Community Give-Back (CCGB) program in an attempt to benefit portions of the community that need assistance.
“At SaaShr.com we are striving to improve our community through an ongoing endeavor, which we call our Corporate Community Give-Back Program, or CCGB,” stated Alexandra Arbelaez, Business Development Manager at SaaShr.com. “We are afforded the opportunity to perform this social duty through our partners. Because of them, we can donate a portion of our organization's and team's time to those less fortunate or to a cause in need.”

Since creating the CCGB program, SaaShr.com has taken part in activities with 4-H Youth Development, Bridgeway Senior Healthcare, Eljijah’s Promise, The Franklin Township Foodbank and Somerset County Parks, to name a few.
The organization is also utilizing its time and labor management application for tracking CCGB hours through the time off request tool. After the creation of CCGB, SaaShr.com established a time off bucket for employees to manage and request time off revolving around the CCGB program.
While actively practicing our social responsibility, we're also providing our team an opportunity to come together outside of the office for the greater good of the community,” explained Arbelaez. “We hope to be a positive influence on other businesses who are more fortunate than many, to become involved in similar initiatives so that organizations like 4-H Youth Development, Bridgeway Senior Healthcare and Elijah's Promise can continue to aid those in need.
