BRUIN Financialís Online Evolution

The financial sector is increasingly becoming one of the most competitive markets for recruitment companies to distinguish themselves within. USP’s and offering added value are essential to differentiate from the competition. BRUIN Financial operates in the Financial Services Sector, specialising in operational roles within the Middle and Back Office areas.


BRUIN Financial was launched in March 2010 and approached HotLizard’s experienced team to help them maximise their initial market impact, whilst minimise their financial upfront costs, resulting in their new recruitment website: http://www.bruinfinancial.com/.


BRUIN commissioned HotLizard as their chosen web partner at the end of January 2010, with the launch planned for the beginning of March. With this in mind, phase 1 of the BRUIN project was the implementation of HotLizard’s Gecko Website platform to establish a solid, yet scalable online presence. Within 5 weeks their new website was live and generating enquiries and applications. As a new business search engine optimisation was critical to BRUIN. The advanced technology provided as standard within the Gecko platform ensured that vacancies were being indexed quickly. Within weeks job related searches in Google resulted in BRUIN vacancies appearing at the top of the natural search listings.


As a company with scalable international growth predicted for the future it was important that the website provided the flexibility to grow with the business. Following the launch of BRUIN’s Gecko Website, the HotLizard creative team went to work on phase 2 of the project; re-skinning the website with a completely customised design.


The upgraded platform now includes functionality like ‘Featured Employers’ ‘Resources’ ‘Hot Jobs’ and ‘Featured News’ integrated with Adfero and directly linked with related jobs to provide the visitor with relevant content; all within a tailored and intuitive design.


The websites is a major part of BRUIN’s marketing strategy, through generating enquiries from potential candidates and clients. To maximise the success of their new website, BRUIN commissioned HotLizard’s SEO team to successfully implement powerful optimisation techniques to help the site achieve significant organic rankings.
