NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme Online Application System goes live

The online recruitment system for applicants to join the award-winning NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme in 2011 (hosted by the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement) is now live and can be found at www.nhsgraduates.co.uk


Applicants can select one of four management training streams – General Management, Finance, Human Resources and Informatics. The process includes online testing and an online match me? tool which assesses candidates? suitability before they apply. Online applications and tests must be completed by 2pm on January 6 2011. Successful applicants will go forward to interviews during February, with further shortlisting for assessment in March.


The NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme has been running for more than 50 years, and has frequently run awards for the quality of the training it provides. As Head of Graduate Scheme Alex Bush says, “In the last few months alone, we have been placed 6th in the Times Top 100 Graduate Employers, 7th in the Guardian Top 300, won the Diversity Award in CIPD?s Recruitment Marketing Awards 2010, and been Highly Commended in the Large Employer category of CIMA?s annual awards.”
