Eight out of ten UK business centres found more than half their clients from just ONE source last year, a new survey has revealed.
The survey of serviced office providers found more than 80% had officebroker.com to thank for at least 50% of all new business during 2010.
And more than a quarter of business centres said officebroker.com <http://www.officebroker.com> had provided them with as much as 80% of new business.
Overall officebroker.com provided a startling 62% of ALL enquiries to the UK business centres surveyed during 2010.
The shock findings show that UK business centres are now able to worry less about their own marketing efforts and instead focus on providing a great service while sourcing a steady flow of leads from the online broker.
The nationwide survey of over 180 business centres was carried out by officebroker.com to gain a clear picture of their place in the industry.
Respondents praised officebroker.com’s ‘start to finish’ service which led not only to a consistently high volume of enquiries, but also the highest proportion of office tour bookings and new business deals across all marketing channels – including other brokers, agents and direct marketing efforts.
Almost three quarters of the business centres (73%) receive more than 50% of tour bookings from officebroker.com, rising to over 70% of office tour bookings for 37% of respondents.
Chris Meredith, head of sales for officebroker.com said: “Our goal is to not only supply a high volume of enquiries, but to then convert these to office tours and then into deals. Unless you can then follow through and convert the enquiries into deals, you are not providing the best levels of service.”
A substantial 54% of those surveyed identified officebroker.com as the source of 50% or more of the total number of deals sourced from a UK broker, while over a quarter of those surveyed stated that the Tamworth based broker was responsible for introducing over 80% of their successfully signed clients during 2010.
“Our location in the Midlands is important to us” added Chris. “We serve the whole of the UK, and although Central London is key and we place a great deal of emphasis on this market, we feel the level of service we offer to the whole of the UK is second to none.”
Victoria Hunt, of CBX, located in Newcastle, said: “The other brokers don’t compare. officebroker.com is streets ahead in every way. They by far lead the market in terms of service and value.
“officebroker.com is the only broker I work with that I feel justify the fee we pay. Overall 2010 was been a great year for the centre and I truly believe that this is down to the work of officebroker.com.”
Craig Draper of BE Group, who operate 18 centres across the UK, said: “The guys at officebroker.com are friendly, efficient and always active. Their unique approach makes them stand out and it is a pleasure to work with them”
Chris Meredith, head of sales at officebroker.com added: “Despite a difficult year for the office space industry, the straight forward, no-nonsense approach adopted by officebroker.com has led us to be considered as the leading broker amongst office providers.
“This is clearly backed up by the high levels of enquiries and new business that officebroker.com is credited with being accountable for within the serviced office industry.
“Relationships are critical to our business, and we are thrilled that both small independent and larger national office providers rate us as their number one broker.”
