GTI Media, publishers of TARGETjobs, TARGETjobs Events and TARGETcourses, is delighted to announce that Inside Buzz has joined forces with GTI to add even more value to the most extensive portfolio of graduate careers products and services in the UK.
Inside Buzz offers students independent reviews from company employees to help them understand company culture, working practices and, most of all, make a more informed decision about whether to make a job application.
The Inside Buzz content will be available on TARGETjobs.co.uk, to sit alongside existing employer profiles and company insights, to provide students with the most comprehensive and detailed overview of graduate recruiters in the UK.
This exciting development will enable recruiters to promote their businesses by surveying their recent graduate intake on matters as diverse as culture, hours, interview process, training and career prospects. Inside Buzz allows employers to explain exactly why the best graduates should apply to them and to benchmark their own organisation against the competition in their sector.
Since Inside Buzz was founded by Thomas Nutt in 2010, 5,500 employees have completed the workplace survey and have submitted 115,000 individual reviews and rankings on their employers. 65 leading recruiters from all sectors distribute the survey to their employees every year, including: The Boston Consulting Group, Slaughter and May, HSBC, Nomura, Grant Thornton, L'Oreal, Hogan Lovells and John Lewis.
Graham Storey, GTI Media CEO, said: “We are delighted to add Inside Buzz's innovative products to our graduate recruitment services and welcome Thomas and his team to GTI. We believe the insights that Inside Buzz offers to students will help them research potential employers and make more targeted applications.”
Thomas Nutt, Inside Buzz’s Founder, added: “We started Inside Buzz because we believe that employee reviews are the best way for students and graduates to find out what it’s really like to work for the UK’s top employers. We’re therefore very excited at the prospect of joining forces with GTI Media and helping even more students’ research companies and find the job that’s right for them.”
