Jan Fretwell, who has more than 25 years of human resources and related system applications experience, will lead the discussion. Her expertise includes collecting and documenting the needs of various organizations, understanding the design of service delivery models, conducting gap assessments, and defining specifications for developing and enhancing HR, benefits, position management and payroll system solutions.

The seminar will be held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 14 at the Oakland Marriott City Center in Oakland, Calif.
