New White Paper on Graduate Recruitment

The Graduate Experience of Video Interviewing

The white paper presents the user data of over 20,000 graduate recruitment interviews completed on the Sonru system along with the findings from over 2,000 candidates with respect to their awareness, attitudes and actual experience of automated video interviews. Although the average completion rate across all interview campaigns on the Sonru system is 79%, the graduates recorded the highest completion rates across all roles with 83%.

According to Adam Gretton, Regional Sales Manager, Sonru, “Using Video Interviewing for graduate recruitment is a no-brainer when you’re faced with thousands of applicants - all high performers with excellent degrees. It’s the most effective means of truly assessing a graduate’s uniqueness and passion for your programme. This white paper, entitled “The Graduate Experience of Video Interviewing,” presents actual user data along with key findings from the candidate surveys. One of the more interesting aspects to this white paper is comparing the graduate findings with our overall candidate findings across some of the key responses. These findings clearly demonstrate that these millennials are savvier, happier and open to Video Interviewing.”
