Selection Reflects Hands-on Industry Experience, Great Ideas, and Operational Excellence

LIVINGSTON, NJ (June 8, 2003) -- WorkplaceDiversity.com, the career website for recruiters who want to reach experienced diversity candidates, announced today that two of its senior executives have been selected to sit on the Regional Leadership Board of the Human Capital Institute (HCI). The Human Capital Institute is a membership organization, think tank and educational resource for professionals and executives in recruiting, HR and talent management. Its directors, advisors and board members are active, hands-on executives and managers with proven operating skills. As industry leaders with extensive experience and great ideas to share across the landscape of recruiting, talent management and organizational development, they collaboratively focus on bringing research, information and education to professionals working to hire the best employees, measure performance and

WorkplaceDiversity.com executives selected to HCIís Northeast Regional Board include Raphael Sebastian, Vice President Marketing and Sales; and Dan Honing, Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Sebastian leads the firmís business development, strategic planning, and client relationship management programs. He also leads the firmís Human Resources Advisory consulting practice that provides strategic solutions for Human Resources such as, Recruiting and Staffing strategies, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Diversity and Inclusion Training, Executive Coaching and Team Development. In addition to his responsibilities at WorkplaceDiversity.com, Mr. Sebastian serves as Director of Urban Initiatives for the Cherenson Group, an advertising and public relations firm, where he provides project leadership and direction in event planning for key Diversity projects and urban initiatives. He is an executive board member of the National Association African Americans in HR, Cornell Minority ILR Alumni Network, the National Black MBA Assoc., and Hispanics in Information Technology and Telecommunication.

Mr. Honig has over 15 years of experience in business start-ups, technology management and the Internet-most of which has been in the recruitment technology industry. Prior to joining Workplace Diversity, Mr. Honig was involved in the Applicant Tracking Industry, where he worked with BrassRing Systems and Peopleclick.com. Before that, he was the Director of a popular Diversity Job Board where he was responsible, for teambuilding, overall growth, operations, and major strategic alliances. He served four years in the US Navy and graduated Summa Cum Laude from National University. He is a member of Society of Human
Resource Management and is a founding member of the Human Capital Institute.
