Wolters Kluwer, the global information and services company, has chosen MrTed to optimize a strategic part of their HR Processes. In only 8 weeks MrTed has implemented a European e-recruitment solution for Wolters Kluwer in local languages across eight countries. MrTedTalentLinkô enables Wolters Kluwer to efficiently and effectively manage the entire process of attracting, acquiring and retaining talent on a European scale.

The project started on November 1st 2007 and included the delivery of a European career site for WoltersKluwer.com and country career sites for both Intranet and Internet sites in France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Hungary, Poland and Sweden.

The online application process is appealing to the online-savvy audience.

Wolters Kluwer now has an internal and external website where all vacancies are published on a pan European basis. This gives them an up-to-date talent pool again across Europe, together with the facility to use the system in local languages with information being presented based on each coutryís need. On the local career sites all national jobs are presented in one view, and applicants can apply in their own language.
