Launched by Jeff Brooks and Mike Beale, WinMoreBiz is based on the many years of experience they gained from working with companies such as Parity, Gresham and Amdahl Resources.
Jeff Brooks explains ñ ìOur aim is to strengthen an organisation in areas where additional support is needed. This may be on the basis of a specific number of days each month, or the delivery of a defined service. This flexible approach will benefit those organisations who from time to time need additional effort but are not yet at the stage where they want to take another full time employee.î
Mike Beale continues ñ ìOur experience allows us to stand back and take an objective view of an organisation and advise on areas that will sharpen its approach to sales and marketing. Some require a major overhaul others just a case of some training or updating collateral.î
