WiseStats, shows employers where to spend their job board budgets.


WhoToChoose.com, the totally automated job board evaluation site and job-posting channel of 100 Premier sites and 3000 free Network sites, formally announces today the deployment of WiseStats. The WiseStats tool allows employers the ability to track the number of replies from posted jobs, and identify which job boards the best responses originated from.

Benefiting most from this new tracking functionality will be the hiring company clients of the 31 ATS Partner companies who are part of the WhoToChoose job posting channel, and the many recruitment ad agencies posting through the WTC channel on a regular basis. The WiseStats functionality will reside within the WisePost Manager, where recruiters currently manage all their day-to-day job posts. WisePost Manager enables posters to modify active jobs and to visually confirm posted jobs on the actual job boards.

Ken Isaacson, President of WhoToChoose.com, commented on the new functionality: Hiring companies want to know which job boards will give them the best bang for their buck. WiseStats helps them accomplish that, and we do it better than any other Job Posting Engine. Sure, other JPEs show response stats, but they're essentially meaningless because they just show volume.
