The WisePost 3.0 version includes new value-add functionality for ATS and Agency Partners. Also included in the release are updates to core technology in the overall posting system. For the ATS and Agency Partners, 3 new features have been added: WiseStats, the ATS Toolkit and the Recruitment Ad Agency Toolkit. WiseStats is a tool that allows employers the ability to track the number of resume replies from posted jobs and the ability to recognize which job boards the responses originate from, helping employers determine where their best responses are coming from. Through the ATS Partner Toolkit, the ATS will be able to provide clients with overall and individual WiseStats reports to integrate into their own ROI process
Benefiting most from this new platform of tools will be the 30 ATS companies currently connected to the WhoToChoose.com channel and the 8 Recruitment Ad Agencies using the system. The Toolkits will allow the partners to generate individual client reports, job board reports and transaction reports. The partner will then be able to take these reports and use them to improve client job posting effectiveness.
