Exeter based training charity St. Loyeís has launched a new website designed to help more disabled people into work by finding suitable training programmes nationwide.
The website is aimed at giving a wide range of information to potential trainees about the help and support they can receive from St Loyeís as well as how they can reach their full potential by finding the course that matches their ambitions.
St. Loyeís recently announced that 78% of its trainees found gainful employment last year and the launch of a new website is aimed at improving on the already impressive figure.
Karen Clarke, St. Loyeís Head of Business Development & Marketing said: ìThe new website is also about partnerships with other organizations who have similar aims to St. Loyeís and with the employers with whom we aim to place our clients.
ìSince developing a new model of training delivery, where we find the courses our clients want rather than fitting them into an existing programme on a single site, the website has become a crucial business tool.
ìIt enables communication with no geographical boundary. This is just how St. Loyeís is approaching sourcing training courses and finding new clients as well as developing new relationships with employers and other key professionals. These include Disability Employment Advisors who are a major source of client referral and our partners such as the Shaw Trust who are key to identifying job opportunities and placing clients into work. î
Karen Clarke added that the website will be enhanced in the coming weeks with the addition of real case studies that will demonstrate the actual experiences of St. Loyeís clients on their journey to work.
The St. Loyeís website can be found at www.stloyes.org.uk. It was designed and developed by Exeter based ROKK Media Limited.
