Head hunters Indigo Red, has launched the UKís first online video recruitment website, as a solution to tackle the problem of recruiting in a market where there are more employers than good candidates. VlogYourJob.com uses social media to post vlogs or short videos as job advertisements online to reach the newest generation of job hunters.

PR firm, Clarke Mulder Purdie, is the first to take advantage of the low cost advertising. The concept and illustrations behind its vlog ad was the brainchild of Helen Fitzhugh, a graduate who joined the company last year.
