VCG Launches TimeKeeper Module

VCG, Inc., the developer of software solutions and services that power successful recruiting and staffing companies, today announced the launch of VCG TimeKeeper, a Web-based time capture, approval and routing module designed to easily integrate with any payrolling solution. TimeKeeper is delivered today as an integrated solution to StaffSuite, VCGís leading front and back office staffing and recruiting software application.

Rolling out a single integrated time and attendance solution, TimeKeeper, will greatly reduce overall costs in processing. In some areas, it will have an immediate impact on postage, forms management, filing and printing. TimeKeeper enables contingent workers to create a time sheet for hours worked wherever Web access is available. They can view and print their time sheet history and receive email notification when their time sheet has been approved or rejected. Contingent workers can void time sheets with incorrect time and attendance information and create a new time sheet, simplifying their time recording process.

For the supervisors of contingent workers, TimeKeeper enables them to view, approve, reject or check the status of time sheets online. The approved time sheets are pulled into StaffSuite's back-office system, eliminating duplicate effort and errors. Customers can also print system-delivered reports on the time and attendance information as well as complete a performance evaluation regarding that specific assignment. Throughout the process, data integrity and security is maintained to ensure accuracy.

TimeKeeper provides numerous system-delivered time sheet templates based on the type of assignment or placement. Additionally, staffing firms can brand electronic time sheets and the TimeKeeper Web site to increase awareness with both their clients and employees.
