UK-based consultancy unveils in-demand services to help recruitment agency owners achieve excellence

With an unwavering commitment to transforming the recruitment industry, NorthStar People today announces its expansion to provide HR, Finance and L&D advisory services to recruitment leaders and owners with the appointment of three high profile hires.

Recognising the changing recruitment industry and the current challenges business leaders face NorthStar People was launched in January this year providing RPO/MSP, business coaching & mentoring support.

By expanding those services to now include HR, Finance and L&D NorthStar People are now able to truly offer a one-stop shop for owners and leaders seeking external advice or support from industry experts to accelerate their personal development or help achieve operational excellence and /or sustainable growth.
