The Human Capital Institute (HCI), a professional association and educator in talent management strategies, announced today that Dr. Sydney Finkelstein, Tuck professor, best-selling author, and international thought leader, will join HCIís inaugural National Human Capital Summit, to be held in Chicago April 6-7.
Day one of the Summit, Dr. Finkelstein will present ìThe Seven Habits of Highly Unsuccessful People,î a session that will explore how seemingly beneficial habits and so-called positive leadership traits can actually make smart, previously successful people go wrong.

Widely known as one of the top authorities on strategy and leadership, Finkelstein is the author of ìWhy Smart Executives Fail,î a book based on a six-year study of top global companies and their business leaders.
