Human Capital Consultancy True North has boosted its Managed Services team with the recent appointments of Charlotte Kao as a Programme Manager and Aytan Hilton as a Recruitment Manager
Charlotte Kao
Charlotte began her career as a recruiter with the likes of Witan Jardine and Digby Morgan and enjoyed success developing both new business and turning around under-performing accounts as well as initiating a number of projects, for example designing, implementing a managing a formal 10 week training programme for new consultants.
She has spent the last 6 years in-house working with fast growing organisations to implement and improve recruitment functions and has experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a wide range of functions, levels and global locations as well as working closely with senior managers to ensure recruitment aligns and delivers against business objectives.
Aytan Hilton
Aytan has spent the past 5 years within recruitment where he has been involved within technically proficient environments including Construction, Civil Engineering and Rail Infrastructure, encompassing numerous White Collar disciplines. He has progressed from a Recruitment Consultant delivering to PSL Accounts such as TFL, Network Rail and Crossrail Central, to Key Accounts Manager of each and finally for the past 2.5 years being a Recruitment Manager responsible for full Team Leadership and Business Management of Profit and Loss against budget.
Aytan has led staff ranging from Graduates / Trainee Consultants to Senior Consultants as well as working closely with all aspects of the business such as HR, Finance and Quality to ensure the successful achievement and delivery of budget.
Their appointments come as True North develops even more innovative ways for fast growing entrepreneurial companies to manage all aspects of their talent acquisition.
