The Logic Group decided to improve their employee benefit offering as an integral part of their people strategy, branded ëTeam Logicí. The company is committed to the Investors in People standard and as part of this drive wanted to give employees improved access to information, help and a better understanding of their employee benefits with the ultimate aim of giving them more choice over their package.
The Logic Group selected thomsons online benefits to advise on their benefits and to implement their self-service solution ìPerquisiteôî. They are following a stepped approach to enhancing their benefits offering, the first step of which was the launch of online total reward statements and discounted benefits including spa breaks, gym membership, holidays, dental insurance, health assessments and medical cash plans. Later in 2006 they plan to add tax efficient options such as childcare vouchers and bicycles with a view to moving towards full flexible benefits in the future.
