The Human Capital Institute recently announced itís inaugural human capital summit in the United Kingdom

The Human Capital Institute (HCI), a think tank and international membership association focused on talent management strategies, announced today itís inaugural human capital summit in the United Kingdom. The summit, called the Competitive Power of Talent Management, will feature internationally known experts in the new business science of Human Capital Management including Dr. Paul Sparrow, Professor of International Human Resource Management at the University of Manchester and Dr. John Boudreau, Professor of Management at the Center for Effective Organisations at the University of Southern California in the United States.

The London Summit is an important milestone for the Human Capital Institute, said Allan Schweyer, HCIís Executive Director. ìAs an organization we are less than two years old, yet we have over 17,000 members, are adding over 1,000 members every month, and already are launching our first UK conference with some of the foremost experts in Talent Management worldwide.
