The Employment NTO continues to grow

.

The Employment NTO has and will continue to go through a period of rapid growth that has seen the organisation grow from 4 staff to a team of 27 in less than one year. The growth has resulted in the expansion of the offices to include a facility in Cardiff and Glasgow and relocation within the same offices in Leicester.

ENTOís growth reflects the continuing focus and imperative on raising skills and lifelong learning by Government, employers and individuals alike.

Previously, ENTO was recognised for being an organisation that developed National Occupational Standards and related qualifications. It was wholly Government funded and known for being there for the ëgreater goodí of the UK economy. The organisation was better known for the TDLB brand, which was recognised as a result of its intrinsic link with the assessment and verification units. Many people did not however know about the organisation which lay beneath the acronym.

ENTO is now an independent, self financing organization, and since 1988 has built an unparalleled track record and capability in the development of national occupational standards and national vocational qualifications (S/NVQs). Their work helps people develop their level of competency and skills, and is focused on the needs of learners, employees and employers.

ENTO is unique in that it represents anyone whoís whose occupation requires them to deal with people in the workplace across all sectors, for example:
