How well does the product work?

Jay-Cee Müller: ISV Online is extremely easy to work with. It offers a wide platform of options and its formatting enables quick ways to set up, test and train individuals while keeping a balance of simplicity and efficiency.

How easy is the product to use?

Jay-Cee Müller: We find it very easy to use. There are no complicated setups and the range of customisation to speed things up and create bespoke content is ideal. The time-saving aspect of group uploads and assigning of skills tests to send out is particularly helpful.

How are the stability and the speed of the product?

Jay-Cee Müller: As it is online-based with the stats being constantly updated, there is always the chance it slows, but these instances are few and far between and predominantly our user experience has been positive. Any issues have been resolved quickly whenever these arise from time to time.

Has ISV positively impacted your productivity and ability to assess people better?

Jay-Cee Müller: Absolutely, it has positively impacted our business in a number of ways. Predominantly its flexibility through its remote capability has been of particular help, what with the current pandemic and the system being utilised on multiple devices and introduction of mobile-friendly assessments has been appreciated.
