Tate gained accreditation to run in-house professional training programmes leading to REC national qualifications, and is rolling this out across the 19 branches in the UK. This is a national incentive that Tate has undertaken, in order to ensure that its dedicated Consultants aspire to deliver the best possible service to their valued customers and candidates.
Within the last year, consultants and managers from the Basingstoke, Brighton, Chandlers Ford, Dorking, Epsom, Milton Keynes, Newcastle, Winchester and Worthing branches of Tate have been formally accredited by the recruitment industryís regulatory body, the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC). After months of study they have passed their REC exams with flying colours!
The qualification is currently held by more than 15,000 recruiters across the UK and these are joined by another 3,000 annually. Those holding the Certificate are eligible to use the letters CertRP to show their qualified status.
The RECís Certificate in Recruitment Practice is the first stage in a four-step qualification framework available to recruiters leading to the Diploma then a BA and MA.
