From the 2005 Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Conference and Expo, Taleo Corporation, a worldwide provider of on demand talent management solutions, today unveiled Taleo Business Edition 6, the latest version of its solution designed for small and mid-sized organizations. Taleo Business Edition 6, a completely self-service, on demand talent management solution, is unveiled just two months after Taleoís entrance into the small and mid-sized market.



Taleo Business Edition is delivered via a ìsoftware as a serviceî model, available on demand, so there is no traditional software to buy, install, upgrade or maintain. More than 80 percent of new Taleo Business Edition users are up and running in a matter of days. Taleo Business Edition is currently in production for more than 130 organizations in 30 countries.

- Contact and Account Management
Taleo Business Edition allows customers to manage requisitions, candidates, careers web site, and the full hiring process. Web Integration Links
Taleo Business Edition 6 also provides users with the unmatched ability to create Web Integration Links on the fly within the Taleo solution. Web integration links allow users to construct URLs to other websites and web-based applications. For instance, with web integration links, Business Edition users can add live links to search Google for a specific candidate, or search LinkedIn for a contactís social network. Web Services API
Taleoís Web Services API allows customers, partners and developers to extend and integrate Taleo Business Edition with any other back office application, or build entirely new applications based on the Taleo platform. Now, with Taleo Buiness Edition 6, the enhanced Web Services API includes new methods for accessing Account and Contact data, and new signatures for all methods allowing explicit usage of session ID.

Multi-language support
Taleo Business Edition 6 can now support multiple languages within the application itself and on the external-facing careers sites. Taleo Business Edition 6 includes full support for English and French, with many more languages planned for future releases.
