StepStoneís online classified job boards are the fastest growing in Europe with a year on year growth in traffic of 88 %. According to the recently published study by comScore Europe which analysed the number of unique visits on career-related internet pages across the majority of European countries, StepStone has had overall the largest increase and currently represents the second largest commercial job board company across the whole of Europe.

Factors that have contributed to the success of StepStone over the last year has been the delivery and roll out of industry specific job channels, combined with an expanding series of relationships and partnerships with leading online and offline media titles.

The StepStone channels are tailored to fit the different needs of job seekers in their design and content while taking into account their individual occupational fields. These so-called target group channels make the StepStone sites especially appealing for users and have met with encouraging responses from candidates and customers alike.
