A sustained period of growth in this, its seventh year in business, has led Call Centre Associates, a recruitment consultancy dedicated to placing middle and senior management and all levels of resource planning professionals in call centres, to take on four new staff. Chris Parkes joins in the newly created post of Sales Manager, Tom Haygarth joins as a Consultant and both Grace Eriksson and Ryan Trout join as Resourcers.
Chris Parkes will be responsible for developing key business accounts, generating new business and for the training, development, performance and expansion of the companyís three recruitment divisions in line with planned company growth. Chris brings more than 10 yearsí business development and sales experience to the role, the latter five in the recruitment sector in a managerial capacity.
Tom and Grace will draw on their combined several years recruitment experience from within the education and commercial sectors respectively to add strength to the Senior Management Recruitment Team and Ryan joins the niche Planning and Performance Recruitment Team directly from the call centre industry where he held a variety of roles over a five year period from agent to trainer and, most recently, in an operational role.
