The partnership means that CareerJunction will be powering Sowetan’s Jobs Online facility and will provide the Sowetan website with functionality to allow visitors to the website to search for jobs, create and update an online resume, automate job alerts and read up on career related articles and advice.

The Sowetan newspaper has a readership of 1.6 million and a circulation of 124,000. It is constantly voted as the number one newspaper brand in the country and enjoys a strong loyalty factor amongst its readers. The Sowetan launched their brand new website in October 2005 to extend their popular newspaper brand to the online market.

In addition, CareerJunction has over 20,000 jobs advertised per month and more than 420,000 registered CareerSeekers.
