Based on a third-party audit, Softscape achieved a three-year average customer retention rate of 96 percent and is currently maintaining a 98 percent 12-month rate. Many new customers also joined the Softscape community in the first quarter, including the University of Notre Dame, document processing and postal solutions provider Bwe Bell Howell, a global biopharmaceutical services provider, and a large, global consumer products company.

Overall new SaaS bookings increased significantly in the first quarter compared to the same period last year, and license bookings also rose as purchased software remains a viable choice for almost a third of new customers. The forecast for the second quarter looks to surpass expectations with continued growth coming specifically from large, global enterprises.
