Sodexo, the world’s largest services company, won in one category and was highly commended in another at the HR in Hospitality Awards on Friday (4 September).
Leanne Findley, account manager, won the Tom Crowley Line Manager Award which is given to a manager who really embodies excellent people management skills, has promoted recognition in the workplace, takes time to celebrate or reflect on successes with their teams.
Leanne is responsible for day-to-day running of Sodexo’s airport lounge and various cleaning contracts at Heathrow, Manchester, Glasgow and Gatwick airports.
Sodexo was also highly commended in the Embedding Company Culture category for its Brand Ambassador Programme, which was rolled out to some 34,000 employees last year.
Alexis Barclay, Sodexo HR business partner at Ascot Racecourse, was shortlisted in the Rising Star category.

The awards were presented at a gala dinner at The Savoy, London.
